Fall Family Night is Thursday, October 17th 6- 8pm
Put on your dancing shoes (and eating pants) and JOIN THE PARTY on the Bluffsview Playground! Bring chairs and/or picnic blankets. Pack a family picnic basket or purchase dinner from the Food Trucks- Explorers Club and Paddy Wagon.
6th Grade will be selling Hot and Cold Beverages and Desserts from DQ at 920 N High Street!
Bluffsview Spirit Wear will be sold AND the BOOK FAIR will be open!!

Last November, the students of Bluffsview voted in a very important election—for a new school logo. The winning design is featured on the left. After many requests, we are now offering t-shirts featuring the new logo.
The t-shirts are white and feature the navy and gray logo pictured to the left. Each adult or kid t-shirt will cost $15.
If you’d like to purchase the old-fashioned way, complete the form that was sent home from school last week. For an additional fee, you can purchase Spirit Wear items online at www.myschoolanywhere.com.
All orders must be submitted by Thursday, May 2 to guarantee delivery by May 17.

Join us on Sunday, May 5 from 5-7 p.m. for a special Charity Happy Hour benefiting the Bluffsview PTA.
Each week, The Hills Market invite a local charity to our veranda for a unique and fun fundraising opportunity. They start out with a $50 donation to the charity, drop the price of our Large 1-Topping Pizzas to $7.99, and donate $1 for every pizza sold on the day of the event. The charitable organizations participate by bringing their favorite Guest and ‘Celebrity’ Bartenders to serve up beer and wine to earn even more in the form of tips.
Please consider helping the PTA through signing up to help at the school or donate an item. Gift cards may be dropped of at Jen Spampinato’s house (971 Bluffpoint Drive) and there will be a bin on the porch clearly labeled Bluffsview PTA.

The Bluffsview PTA has scheduled two new Dine Out events for April. Come out and show your support, and we will get a portion of the sales back!
On April 2, we are having a fundraiser at City Barbeque (Powell). Show your support while enjoying some barbeque, and we will get 25% of the sales back!
On April 30, we are having a fundraiser at Blaze Pizza. All you have to do is eat pizza, and we get 20% back.
On Saturday, April 6, we will be hosting our annual Spring Carnival and Raffle, a community-wide event that is great fun for Bluffsview students and their families. Each year, Bluffsview families are a great support in helping this event be such a great success. We appreciate the time, effort, and financial contributions from the entire Bluffsview Community.
We rely on the proceeds from the raffle to support some of the school-wide programs that the PTA is able to offer Bluffsview such as COSI on Wheels and Artists in the Schools program. In addition, the PTA has been focused on raising funds for technology such as laptop carts and chrome books.
So, this is where you come in. We are asking for you to consider donating an item or gift card, or making a financial contribution to the Bluffsview Raffle. We are thrilled to receive donations such as toys, games, or activities for kids. We are also in need of gift cards to restaurants, stores, and events.
If your family life is anything like ours, it is jam-packed. We are happy to do the shopping for you, just send in a check (made payable to the Bluffsview PTA) or cash with your child in an envelope marked “Bluffsview Raffle Donation” and we will take it from there. We would like to acknowledge any donation on our Facebook group (Bluffsview Raffle), through promotional material that is distributed to Bluffsview families, and at the event itself, unless you request otherwise.

The classroom with the MOST PRE-SALE tickets for the Bluffsview Skate Party will get to silly string Mrs. Fox at the end of the party on Monday!
