Drop your K-5 students off with us between 6-9 p.m. for some fun while you have a night to yourself!

Cost is $15/child.  Families with 3 or more children are capped at $40.

Activities such as movie, crafts, gym activities and more.

Snacks and drinks for additional purchase, $1 each.  Snacks are fruit, popcorn, chips, rice krispy treats, and drinks will be gatorade, water and juice box. You can help decide which goodies to choose when you sign in.

They will have an opportunity to visit the Penguin Patch and do their shopping from 7:00-8:00 p.m. instead of during school.  Please specify at sign-in if you would like for them to do some shopping!

There will be waivers to sign, and all attendees must be signed in and out by a parent. Allow yourself a few extra minutes to get your child all set up before you leave. We want to ensure safety for all of the children in our care that evening

Please RSVP to  Bluffsview6thGrade@gmail.com. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows.  Please specify the number of children you will have. We will then send you some forms to make check-in quicker and easier for you.  Sign in/out will be by the backdoor entrance.

6th graders will be helping during both events! Funds raised will be used for camp, service projects, gift to the school, and their end of elementary school celebration.  6th graders are being asked to help out as a “worker.”

Sign up for Cardboard Challenge this Saturday

In case you missed it, Mrs. Schumer and Mrs. Mott sent out this information on the Cardboard Challenge this morning.

We are just a few days away from our first Cardboard Challenge and we are getting excited to have you and your families in for a morning of ultimate creativity and teamwork!

If you have not RSVP’d yet and you know you are coming, please send us a quick email. We are just trying to get an estimate to prepare for materials and space.

We have tape and scissors to use until they run out, but if you would like to bring your own materials to ensure your creative ideas are built without hesitation, please feel free to do so! I noticed some awesome designed Duck Tape at Kroger this weekend and they were on special. It might be a cool way to add color to your project with colored or printed tape.

We will have a snack table available to purchase snacks for a dollar, cash only.

If you would like to volunteer for the event, please follow this link: Cardboard Challenge Volunteers.

Please take your project home on Saturday but  make sure our event photographer, Mrs. Daubney, takes a photo of your creation before you leave. You can also share a photo using #BluffsviewCardboardChallenge. We definitely would love to see a photo of your creation if you advance it further at home with paint.

Thank you so much for participating in our event and all the help that you have given thus far in the collection of materials. We really appreciate everything!
